2.8 Years as of 7/09. I think they are finally done shrinking!

I think the pic you're referring to is when my dreads were 3 months...they have fattened up a lot in the 2.5 years after :)

tnx..um...the sections weren't very big. they just joined together over time and instead of growing long, they grew fat haha i think they will finally start gaining length now..
