Hello :) i'm new to tribe and just discovered this wealth of information on dreadlocks - it's awesome.
my dreads are approaching two months old now. I have a few really skinny dreads at the back around my hair line. I'd like to combine some of them together as they are really close and at the moment just look like rats tails.
what's the best way to do this? comb out the dreads and start again by back-combing all the hair together or maybe wrap one of the dreads around the other. i'm not sure.
any advice?
thank you in advance.

Re: Combining two dreadlocks

Mon, January 12, 2009 - 10:25 PMif they are young enough, you could also crotchet one into the other. that trick works fast and easy. just hook one dread with the needle and weave it in and out.
